We granted certiorari in these consolidated cases to examine the burden of proof placed upon an employer when claiming a credit against workers compensation payments for "benefits under disability benefit plans in the proportion funded by an employer.. ." LSA-R.S. 23:1225(1)(c). Finding that the employer is entitled to and has proven the amount of the credit, we affirm the judgments of the court of appeal which allowed the credit in specific amounts.
